Restaurant reservations

The reservation in our restaurant is made through the page of Opentable.
Please inform us in case of allergies in advance, preferably directly with the reservation.

Menu, opening hours, saturday night theme evening:
All information about our menu, our theme night on Saturday and the opening times can be found HERE.
We recommend making reservations well in advance, especially for the weekend.

Menu:
Tables with <6 people choose the menu in 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 courses from our current menu in the evening from Monday to Friday.
Our theme evening with a set menu and accompanying drinks always takes place on Saturdays (no à la carte orders on Saturdays).
We ask that you choose a menu for each table in advance for binding reservations of 6 or more people.

Allergies:
Please indicate serious allergies in the comments field when making your online reservation. If necessary, we will contact you by phone if we have any questions! Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a menu to guests with life-threatening celiac disease or life-threatening histamine intolerance. You also have to skip the menu if onions, mushrooms, celery, garlic or mustard cannot be eaten even if they are overcooked (these ingredients are found in our broths, sauces, ... ).

Groups:
For reservations for groups & celebrations, we are happy to help you by e-mail - or by phone Mon-Fri between 11-17: 30 clock.
Group reservations from 7 or more persons must be confirmed by e-mail and guaranteed with credit card details.

Coupons:
You are welcome to note your voucher number in the comment field when making your online reservation.

Vegetarian & pescetarian:
We would also be happy to prepare a vegetarian or pescatarian menu for you. According to our possibilities in 4, 5 or 6 courses. Please state this request in writing in advance when making the online reservation (at least 2 days in advance).
A vegan menu is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

Dogs:
Small dogs may find space under our tables (please make sure to discuss this personally with us in advance). We cannot accommodate larger dogs in our gourmet restaurant.

Underground parking spaces:
Subject to availability for restaurant guests from 12 EUR in the evening (not overnight). Request in person in the evening on site (at reception). It is not possible for restaurant guests to reserve a parking space in advance.

Reservation at the bar table:
On special evenings we also offer reservations at our bar table (high table). Our popular bar table is directly opposite our red wine chambrai in the gourmet restaurant. It is a high table (bar stool with backrest) for up to 10 people. Depending on the number of people reserved, up to 3 couples will be seated at this table. The places can be booked directly via the online reservation as an “Experience”. You can see all the details in the reservation process.

Cancellation & cancellation fees for restaurant reservations: (not valid for events, individual menu evenings & orders, exclusive events)
If you are unable to make your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed reservation and cancel the table. please contact us at least 48 hours before the agreed reservation on saturdays or other special theme nights and cancel the table. Please understand that we have cancellation fees starting at € 99, - per person, if you do not appear on the agreed date and do not cancel accordingly.
